CO-FOUNDER, WOMEN'S WELLNESS STRATEGIST & PERFORMANCE ADVISOR

Jess Cifarelli

Jess is a dynamic executive leader, builder, and growth strategist who spent nearly two decades mastering operations, commercial sales strategy, and market development in high-stakes industries. Notably, she spent 17 years as a Director at Brenntag, where she successfully built a major commercial business unit from the ground up, moving millions of gallons of product and scaling complex supply chains. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Jess brings a foundation of discipline, structural precision, and elite execution to everything she touches.

While her early career was defined by corporate leadership and scaling multi-million-dollar divisions, her deepest impact is made at the intersection of professional strategy and holistic personal wellness.

Jess' personal experiences and journey to feeling and looking better than just ok, has fueled a passion for wellness and a dedication to fitness and longevity, Jess understands that true power requires matching professional ambition with peak physical vitality. She has channeled this expertise into a modern mission: empowering women to take radical ownership of their health, particularly during the critical, often misunderstood transition of perimenopause.

Jess cuts through the noise of the wellness industry to deliver clear, evidence-based, and actionable frameworks. Recognizing that perimenopause is a pivotal window for metabolic, hormonal, and physical shifting, she guides women to optimize their nutrition, sustain muscle density, and reclaim their physical and mental edge. Her coaching philosophy mimics her executive career—direct, results-driven, entirely free of fluff, and focused on building sustainable systems that work for women, not against them.

When she isn't building frameworks or coaching women toward their next breakthrough, Jess can be found in the gym pursuing her own heavy lifting goals, working on a new gluten-free recipe, or spending time with her family and her dog, Koko.
